What means "to order"?

You have the intention to use and to publish a picture of image2d.com.
On the order form, you can choose the way you want to get the high-res. image
datafile..
The costs for a picture get due as soon as you get the image data!
If you do not publish an ordered image, there will not be any costs. In this
case you have to cancel the order in order to our " Terms and Conditions (AGB)"

All images you purchase via image2d.com you will get as data-file. Let us
know if you want CMYK-data or RGB-image data in the orderform. Depending on
the desired printout size of the image, you get the data with a quality of 305
dots per inch (dpi)!
So the image-data-size (tiff) goes up 48MB (at RGB).

The costs of an image? Licence...
|
|
In principle there are two kinds of picture price:
1.) pictorial material which is bound to a single licence to use- Single
Licence (SL)
2.) pictorial material where you buy an all inclusive licence for all time
use (royalty free - all inlusive licence- AL)
ad 1.) Single licence - SL :
Actually we only deliver single licence images. That means, that you purchase
an image for a special use. The costs of this licence depend on your desired
use:
- Size of the published image (inch or metric);
- medium of publishing;
- number of copies;;
- range of time of use;
On the way to the orderform, you will find a tender-form
where of can inquire the costs of a licencer. We inform you promptly and free
of charge!
ad 2.) all inclusive licence - AL(actually we do not offer!)
The costs of this kind of Licence depend only from filesize of the Image!

How and when do I get pictures?
|
|
If you order an image you can choose the kind of Imagedata::
- RGB(JPEG)-file download
- RGB(TIFF)-filei download
- CMYK(JPEG)-file download
- CMYK(TIFF)-file download
- RGB(TIFF)-send file on CD-Rom
During the business hours (Mo-Fr 9-12, 14-17.30) you get the pictures normaly
within 1-3 hours.

Are there any additional fees?
|
|
There are only costs of licence, no other fees or charges!
If you do not publish an ordered image, there will not bee any costs. In this
case the transmitted image files must be deleted unrecoverable or the datamedium
(CD-ROM) must be sent back to us!

Can I purchase a picture exclusively?
|
|
All singele licence images (SL, 
) can be purchased exclusively. Exclusive licence-rights can be purchased temporarily
or for an indefinite period. .
A picture sold exclusively is taken out of our data base and is no longer aviable!

How do I order an image?
|
|
It is easyh:
- Search the image that you like.
- Mark the image with the small checkbox an click the green button to put
it onto the lightbox.
- Click lightbox / order and mark all images you want to order
with the checkbox. Then click the blue Button - Order.
- Now you get to the orderform. Fill out all data. Click "Submit Order"
and we will be informed about your order.
- We will work on your order and reply promplty.

How and when do I pay?
|
|

The licence fees get due, as soon as you decide to publish an ordered image!
Way of payment:
Paying bill: We recommend this payment to all our clients which resident
in Germany or Austria.
Credit Card: 
We accept all of the common Credit Cards like VISA, MasterCard (EuroCard), JCB,
American Express, DinersClub. We recommend this payment to all our clients from
abroad.

Originator remark...
|
|
Pictures which are published must be provided with an originator remark (reference).
The originator of one picture must be recognizable obviously. This means, that
the Originator remark wording must be quit near every published picture: "Photo:
image2d.com " or " image: image2d.com must " be led. (also
see Terms of Use)
